GALLERY DEPT. provides a 14-day window for returns on all eligible items, ensuring each piece remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and customized items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Ship the Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Wait for Processing

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the items within 5-7 business days before issuing a refund to your original payment method.
