Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing as many of our items are hand-finished.
Are the paint splatters and distressing consistent on every item?
No. Due to our unique artisanal process, each garment is individually distressed and hand-painted. No two pieces are identical, ensuring your item is a one-of-a-kind work of art.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations may be final sale.
How should I wash my Gallery Dept. clothing?
To preserve the integrity of the hand-painted details and vintage washes, we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing in cold water and hanging to dry.
